Physical Features: Thick liquid with dark yellow color, characteristic flavor of pear, fluid consistency. D20: 1038-1042.
The composition and chemical characteristics: Min. 7% dry matter, acidity 0,45 to 0,53 %, pH 2.6-3.2, total sugar 3.9%.
